Better IME handling under Windows Mobile

Description
We get 2 scrollbars when opening IME in the Task tab in the Main Window under Windows Mobile version. One in the Main Window itself and one in the task table. This is inconvenient. Need to reduce it to one scrollbar in the Main Window only.
