Solution graph is too small on high resolution screens

Description
When generating solution graph on Windows Mobile device with high resolution screen (e.g., 480x800) it becomes too small and text on graph nodes overflows their borders. Should calculate graph size based on screen DPI.
This issue is likely to apply to other handheld platforms (i.e., Symbian, Maemo) but I don't have a device to confirm it.

Fixed in r157.
Tested on Windows Mobile 480x800 and 240x320 screens. May need testing on a wider range of screens and devices. As I don't have more, I'm closing it now. Feel free to reopen.
