Support for continuing the solution if it may not be optimal

Description
There is a possibility that after solving one branch the solution may not be optimal and another branch has to be checked. At this moment, TSPSG only shows a warning:
WARNING!!!
This result is a record, but it may not be optimal.
Iterations need to be continued to check whether this result is optimal or get an optimal one.
It would be nice to add an option to continue the solution in such case.
